We only deliver within the European Union using the best courier available in your country.
Delivery time depends on your country and location so it can be between 2 and 5 days.
Price depends on the weight of the package and taxes in your location. In any case, we try to find the best shipping price.
Upon receipt of the package, please check the following external aspects of the package and do not accept the package if:
- the package is visibly opened.
- the package shows signs of damage from being hit, stacked or punctured
- the package does not have your name written on the label.
Also check if you have received the total number of packages mentioned on the label
From the moment you pick up the package from the courier, we are no longer responsible for visible physical damage to the package.

The client shall have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of the product reception of to cancel, or part cancel, the purchase of the products, in accordance with the applicable law. To exercise this right please fill out the form below.
Once the period of fourteen (14) calendar days has passed, we will not accept refunds for the withdrawal of the products purchased.
If the reason for the return is one of the following: you ordered the wrong product or you do not like the product or you no longer need it, the return price will be borne by you and will be deducted from the returned amount.
If the reason for the return is a defective product or due to the product not functioning properly, or other problems strictly related to the quality of the product, the cost of return shipping will be paid by us.
